All sales final. Every purchase is final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are given once a purchase is made.
Digital, custom-configured product
All purchases are for digital goods that are custom-configured for you and delivered electronically. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged, and no refunds are issued once a purchase is completed or the files are delivered.
Legal exceptions
Refunds will only be provided when required by applicable consumer protection laws.
