By purchasing or using any of the AI agents offered (Fitness Agent, Parlay Agent, Dating Wingman Agent), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
2. Digital product delivery
- All agents are delivered electronically as downloadable files or access credentials after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to download or activate your agent. No physical goods are shipped.
- All sales are final. Because each agent is a digital, custom-configured product, no refunds are given once a purchase is made. See the refund policy.
3. License and personal use
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased agent for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the software or any part of it with others is prohibited.
4. No guarantees of results
The agents are tools that provide suggestions and information. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome, result, or benefit from using them.
5. Entertainment only
All content generated by the agents is provided for entertainment purposes. It should not be relied upon as a basis for important decisions without your own independent judgment.
6. Parlay Agent – legal responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any betting activity complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. We do not monitor or control how the information is used.
7. AI-generated characters disclosure
The agents generate responses using artificial intelligence. Any personalities, characters, or advice presented are computer-generated and not created by a human expert.
